International health & fitness industry leader and 12X IPL Pro Champion on trendsetting, belly chains, defending her Pro titles, reaching for the stars and more…

I have been inspired by many in life. One that stands out to me in the fitness world is my friend and mentor Jennifer Micheli. She has a great story from an unhealthy aerobic instructor to a healthy, fit, sober for twenty years, powerful woman that has touched the lives of so many despite her challenges and obstacles.
Best life advice you’ve been given
The best advice I have been given is from Abraham Hicks. “A belief is just a thought I keep thinking.” I listen to an audio of it every single morning. It’s crazy how powerful that quote really is.
Trends that should come back
I would love to see the belly chains come back to life. Although I find a way to have unique designs and wear them anyways. I try to stay ahead of the trends and be a trendsetter by wearing things that are made specially for me. I love to stand out!
“…I always reach for the stars. You won’t ever get it if you don’t reach for it!”
Trends that should die
I see “knickers” are making their way back around. They were not my favorite thing in the last decade and I don’t feel they have made their way to the top of my list this time around.
Most comfortable clothing
I honestly find myself the most comfortable in bikini’s and of course Tawnya Cline Collection Scrunch Butts. Go figure!
What’s next for you?
I am planning to Debut Pro Evening Gown in Sacramento to qualify for APEX, where I strive to defend my titles in Pro Bikini and Sports Model and have another “undefeated” year! I know it’s high expectations, but I always reach for the stars. You won’t ever get it if you don’t reach for it!
I am so excited for the growth of the IPL and all the exposure given to the athletes through these magazines. I am honored to be a part of it all. SEAM
